Lucky Eight Auto Repair LTD was built from a lifelong passion for cars and a commitment to providing honest, high-quality automotive service.
Before opening Lucky Eight Auto Repair LTD, I spent more than 14 years working in the automotive industry right here in Richmond Hill. I started from the bottom, learning the trade hands-on, and eventually worked my way up to running and managing the shop where I was employed.
As a fully licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician, I knew that one day I wanted to build a shop of my own — one where customers could feel comfortable, receive straightforward advice, and know their vehicles were being looked after properly.
In October 2011, Lucky Eight Auto Repair LTD officially opened its doors in a small 2-bay repair shop at 300 ENFORD RD.
From there, we grew one vehicle and one customer at a time. Our customers put their trust in us, recommended us to their friends and families, and helped Lucky Eight become what it is today.
By 2016, we had outgrown our original 2-bay location from the 2 Bays to the Lucky Eight of Today at 365 ENFORD RD UNIT #1.
That year, Lucky Eight Auto Repair LTD made its first major move into our current Richmond Hill location, giving us a much larger 5-bay automotive repair facility and the ability to better serve our growing customer base.
But the growth didn’t stop there.
By 2022, we once again needed more room. We took the next major step and expanded the existing shop by breaking through the adjoining wall and taking over additional space, significantly increasing the size and capacity of our facility.
That expansion gave us more working space, additional room for equipment and the ability to continue growing our team and the services we offer.
Today, after 15 years in business, Lucky Eight Auto Repair LTD has grown from that original 2-bay shop into a modern automotive facility with a team of 7+ employees — all working toward the same goal: providing dependable, professional automotive service while maintaining the personal attention our customers have come to expect.
